• Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
• By submitting an entry, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your entry for website display, promotion, and marketing purposes.
• You retain ownership of your copyright, but you grant us the right to use your entry as described above.
• The participant must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all photographs entered. It is the legal responsibility of the entrant, and not the organizers, to ensure that they comply with these ownership and copyright requirements and own the rights to reproduction of their photographs. The photograph that does not fulfill these criteria will be deemed ineligible and disqualified from the collections, wherein if this is discovered after the trophy has been awarded, the trophy must be returned by the participant. Participants agree to fully indemnify Global Photo Guild and its team in respect of all the royalties, fees, and any other thing owing to any person by reason of the participant breaching any of the foregoing.
• We may, in limited circumstances, request the raw file of the photo to verify the participant's ownership if reasonable doubts arise regarding the photo's originality.
• Failure to provide the raw file upon reasonable request within the specified timeframe may result in: Disqualification of the photograph from the Collection or Temporary suspension of the participant's account for further investigation.
• Registration and participation are free, and you can submit two photos per quarterly collection at no cost. Additional photo submissions are welcome for a fee. Please note: This fee is non-refundable.
• For technical issues, please contact support at info@globalphotoguild.com. We'll be happy to assist you.
• All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
• We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or your participation in the Collection. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We may, at our sole discretion, terminate your access to the website and/or your participation in the Collection for any reason at any time.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us Global Photo Guild (Demand Oriented Solutions) regarding your use of the website and your participation in the Collection.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
